MistakeHis pain filled foot kicked a small stone sending it flying across the fog. It was mornings like these he dreaded the most. Only with a thin layer of clothing to protect him from the harsh cold, he shuddered. The fog was relentless; it covered every small flaw in the road ahead.

He stopped.

In front of him laid a path to freedom where he could possibly find freedom. Behind him was his prison, a dark castle, a cage. He turned to the castle and stopped. Surely if he left, they would find him, drag him back, beat him for his "rebellion" and they'd continue their lives, but he would be stuck within the shadows.

Hero"What did I do now?" The boy asked nervously. The demon in white merely chuckled.

"Do you know what today is?" Ghirahim hummed out loud glancing to his nails.

'Uh oh...' Link thought. 'Dark's Birthday? No, that's in another three months... Demise's no, that was two months ago. Maybe Ghirahim's? Because I know it's not mine...'

"It's okay, you humans have short attention spans so I'll help you out!" Ghirahim clapped and stood from his chair in the library. "Let's see here, five years ago, a certain someone realized escape wasn't possible, and that certain someone stated to become the best slave... let's see, what was his name?"

"Oh..." Lin

Caped"Fools! I am the fabulous Lord Ghirahim! Fear me or die, puny mortals!"

Link snickered as the Bokoblins in front of him fell to their knees and bowed. He experimentally flapped one side of the red cape and watched as the monsters cowered. "I didn't think that would actually work."

"It didn't, Skychild."

Link froze as he felt cold fingers wrapping around his shoulders.

"Now," Ghirahim murmured as he curled his fingers around the red fabric draped around Link, "What should I do with you, boy? You did steal my cape without asking. And that impersonation was anything but flattering."

Finally!!! Got this damn coloring done in two and a half days. But because of hurricane Sandy, it knocked out the power for a split second so I can't make any further edits on it on Gimp. If you guys have this issue, please let me know and tell me how to re-edit because I am not going to stop right here.

This is Skyward fully colored in all galore. ~~And yes she is dark-skinned so please do not mention this in the comments because I am a tad dark-skinned in RL.~~ And I think I kinda nailed Slave!Link in the coloring. I just wish I could have saved beforehand.
